7 World Trade Center was the first office tower to be rebuilt at the World Trade Center in 2006. Located at 250 Greenwich Street, the 52-story, 1.7-million-square-foot 7 World Trade Center is a benchmark of innovative design, safety, and sustainability. 7 World Trade Center was developed by Silverstein Properties who manage, operate, and are responsible for leasing the office tower.
