OVERVIEW

One World Trade Center is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere and home to New York’s largest community of media and tech innovators. The 3.1 million-square-foot LEED Gold Certified skyscraper features premier office space, a tenant exclusive amenity floor, and some of the most spectacular views in the world. The building is the global headquarters of Conde Nast and home to some of New York City’s most dynamic companies including MDC Partners, Code & Theory, and BounceX.

 

Designed by SOM, the state-of-the-art architectural, environmental, and structural features of One World Trade Center incorporate the latest technologies and innovations at the cutting edge of efficient skyscraper design. One World Trade Center was built by The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and The Durst Organization in a unique public-private partnership.  The Durst Organization is responsible for marketing, leasing, and managing the property.

VISITING ONE WORLD TRADE CENTER

One World Trade Center is open 24 hours for its tenants and their guests and can be accessed from multiple directions. The building’s north entrance is on Vesey Street between Washington and West Streets.  The building’s south entrance is on Fulton Street between West and Greenwich Streets. Visitors to One World Observatory have a dedicated entrance on West Street.  The building can also be accessed through the Oculus with direct access to the World Trade Center PATH Station, The Fulton Transit Center, and the 1,2,3,4,5,A,C,E,J,Z,R, and W trains.
