Customer Assistance

Have a question? Our customer assistance staff (always in red jackets) is able to assist you during your visit at the World Trade Center.

Accessibility

All restrooms are currently closed. Accessible restrooms are located on each level of the Oculus Transportation Hub, and elevators and escalators are available throughout the Oculus.
