Spend a Holiday-Filled Day on the WTC Campus

As a visitor or local in Lower Manhattan, the World Trade Center campus is full of opportunities for a day of festive activities that the entire family can enjoy. We have built a full day itinerary, so you don’t have to.

Begin your day of holiday cheer on the WTC Campus with a festive breakfast at Eataly. Grab an authentic Italian pastry or a slice of panettone and a cappuccino to start your day off.

Ready for a holiday activity? Head to the Oculus floor to skate at the Westfield Winter Whirl Roller Rink for an interactive activity. Glide to festive music indoors, snap holiday-themed photos and enjoy the view of skating in the Oculus. For hours and tickets, click here

 

If you are looking for a less active activity, head to ONEderland at One World Observatory for visually stunning views of New York City and a magical mountaintop-inspired experience. For tickets, click here

You may have worked up an appetite from all that skating! Grab a quick bite at one of the dining options in the Oculus, such as Gansevoort Market, which has multiple food types in a food market hall style. View all dining options of the Oculus here

Then, head to a show at the Perelman Performing Arts Center, (PAC NYC), to see a concert from their winter series. Discover the lineup here. Check for programming on their lobby stage, which is free and open to the public!

After the show, have an unforgettable meal at Metropolis, located in the PAC. Metropolis opened in 2023 and is a vibrant contemporary restaurant created by renowned chef, Marcus Samuelsson. Seating is in a beautiful dining room designed by David Rockwell. See the menus here

After the sun sets, the lights of the campus twinkle. Take a walk through Liberty Park and admire the holiday garland and illuminated Christmas tree, Hanukkah menorah, and reindeers. If you stand at the railing, you can get a nice overlook view of the campus with the lights shining bright.
